2 Sangria Red plums or any red flesh plums, seed removed and sliced
2 ounces Mezcal MG or your favorite Mezcal
1/2 ounce St. Germain liqueur
1/4 ounce simple syrup or substitute 2 tsp of agave nectar
Ice for shaking and serving
Add plums to a shaker and muddle.
Add Mezcal, St. Germain liqueur, and simple syrup or agave nectar and ice.
Shake to chill, strain into chilled glass.
