Description
Whiskey and peaches never tasted so good! Our Lucky Peach Shooter is an excellent balance of sweet and sour that can be especially refreshing in the summertime.
Ingredients

1 oz yellow peach puree
.5 oz Jameson Whiskey
.5 oz peach liqueur or peach schnapps
.5 oz sweet and sour mix
Lemon-lime soda
Instructions
- Juice the peaches with a masticating cold press juicer. Or peel and transfer nectarine slices to a blender and blend until smooth and juicy. Then pour through a fine-mesh strainer or nut milk bag to remove excess pulp.
- Combine whiskey, peach liqueur, sweet and sour, and peach puree into a shaker with ice and shake to chill
- Strain into a shot glass
- Top with a small splash of lemon-lime soda

Combine 1 part lemon juice, 1 part lime juice and 2 parts simple syrup
