In our first update of the new year, Bo stops by a peach orchard to show progress on the crop. We discuss dormancy, buds and blooms coming in the next weeks. Temperatures are ideal, giving our trees the rest they need, while our crews are busy pruning and getting ready for spring. In just 10-14 days we expect a blanket of pink across the San Joaquin valley as tree fruit comes into bloom.

In a visit to a Rascals Mandarin grove Bo shows an important difference between tree fruit and citrus harvest, and why having a skilled crew is essential to a successful harvest.

Mandarins – This week the Rascals transitioned into the Tango and they're GREAT! This is the mandarin you've been waiting for. Expect strong Mandarin supply through April.

Meyer Lemons – Expect good supplies of Brilliant Meyer Lemons through March.

Lemons – Lemon quality continues to be great. Expect good supply through May.
