Farmers have always been innovators. Increasing efficiencies is part of our day-to-day operations and one simple way to address higher labor costs in the field is to make the trees easier to access. Bo takes you right into the orchard and shows the difference between traditional planting and optimized root stock that keep the trees lower to the ground, requiring less energy to maintain & harvest.

Weather: We are expecting more showers. Temps peaked in the mid 80s over the past week as we had a break in storms.

Harvesting: Tango, Murcott, Klondike (Cultivar 8)

Some of our best eating mandarin varieties are in harvest now. The "late season" time period is truly the best quality we see all year. We will have steady supply through April.

Lemons: We will have continued supply of Lemons through May and Meyer Lemons through the end of March.
