Ingredients
  1. 6-8 Summeripe White Peaches, sliced
  2. 2 bottles (about 3 1/2 cups) dry white wine, we like to use a Sauvignon Blanc or a Fumé Blanc
  3. 1/2 cup simple syrup
  4. 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  5. 6 oz gin, may substitute vodka (optional)
  6. 8vsprigs fresh thyme, plus more for garnishing
Instructions
  1. Slice Summeripe White Peaches and throw away the pit
  2. Combine all ingredients into a pitcher
  3. Cover and let sit for at least 2 hours, we like to let our sangria sit overnight
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy responsibly!!
For the Simple Syrup
  1. 2 cups sugar
  2. 2 cups water
  3. 1. In a small sauce pan, dissolve sugar into water over low heat, stirring occasionally
  4. 2. Once sugar is completely dissolved, remove from heat and place liquid into a jar with a lid and let cool. Store in refrigerator.

Ingredients
  1. 2 Summeripe Plums, sliced
  2. 2 oz. Vodka
  3. 1 oz Cointreau
  4. 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Instructions
  1. Slice plum over a cocktail shaker to capture any Summeripe Plum juices.
  2. Place slices into the cocktail shaker and muddle until Summeripe Plum slices are thoroughly juiced.
  3. Add Vodka, Cointreau, Lime Juice and ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, strain over a medium mesh strainer and pour into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a Summeripe Plum slice and enjoy responsibly!

Ingredients
  1. 3 or 4 Summeripe Plums, any color flesh will do
  2. 2 shots of Gin, may substitute Vodka or White Rum
  3. 1/2 shot Lemon Juice
  4. 2 teaspoons Cane Sugar
  5. 4 sprigs of Rosemary
  6. Handful of Ice
Instructions
  1. Slice the Summeripe Plums and remove the pit
  2. Add Summeripe Plum slices, 3 rosemary sprigs, and cane sugar into a shaker and muddle until plums are thoroughly crushed and cane sugar has completely dissolved into the plum juice
  3. Add in lemon juice and gin into the shaker
  4. Add in a handful of ice and shake for 15-20 seconds
  5. Strain liquid through a medium mesh strainer into a coupe glass or a tumbler
  6. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and enjoy responsibly!
Helpful Tips
  1. 1 shot=1.5 ounces
  2. Don't worry if you do not have Cane Sugar, Raw Sugar is a great substitute

  7. Splash of St. Germain

Instructions
  1. Combine Summeripe Nectarine slices, Thyme infused simple syrup, and lime juice into a shaker and muddle
  2. Add gin & handful of ice cubes into shaker and shake vigorously
  3. Strain and pour liquid into a martini glass
  4. Add a splash of sparkling water and St. Germain
  5. Garnish with a Summeripe Nectarine Slice & a fresh Thyme Sprig and enjoy responsibly!
For Thyme Infused Simple Syrup
  1. 2 cups sugar
  2. 2 cups water
  3. Handful of Fresh Thyme Sprigs
Instructions
  1. In a small sauce pan, dissolve sugar into water over low heat, stirring occasionally
  2. Once sugar is completely dissolved, remove from heat and add handful of fresh thyme sprigs
  3. Place liquid into a jar with a lid and cool in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, cooling overnight is best
  4. Strain and toss the thyme
  5. The thyme infused simple syrup can be stored in a jar with a lid for 1-2 months in the refrigerator

Ingredients

  3. 1 cup Pomegranate Juice (may substitute Apple or Orange juice)
  4. 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Instructions
  1. Combine plain greek yogurt, frozen Summeripe Peaches, frozen banana, pomegranate juice, and honey (optional) into a blender (1 cup of crushed ice may be used in lieu of frozen fruit. Note that the texture will not be as smooth)
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
  1. Here at Summeripe, we love using frozen fruit to make our smoothies smooth & creamy. To freeze Summeripe Peaches, slice peaches (as many as you wish to freeze) onto a baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper. Be careful to place peaches apart from each other, if the peaches are touching they will stick together and will be difficult to break apart. Place sheet into freezer and freeze for 8-12 hours. Store leftover peaches in plastic freezer bags in the freezer. May be stored in the freezer for 2-3 months.

Ingredients
  1. 1 to 2 (1/2 cup pureed) fresh Summeripe® peaches
  2. 1 ounce Grand Marnier
  3. 7 ounce Chinaco Reposado tequila
